  • INJECTOR TUBES
  • VALVE SEALS
  • VALVE KEEPERS
• Valve seats are cut on a SERDI Valve Seat Machine to ensure precise valve to valve seat fit.
• The combustion surface of each head is machined and the injector protrusion is set.
• Each head is drilled for the third cam plate hole so that it will fit both the 11.1 and the 12.7 liter engines.
• Each valve is vacuum tested and each head is pressure tested to ensure quality performance.

CORE ACCEPTANCE

Acceptable cores can have:

• No visible cracks in expansion area between cylinders.
• No extensive cylinder damage caused by valve failure.
• No missing camshaft caps.
• Cylinder heads must be above O.E. thickness specifications.
• Cores with cracks between the valves may be acceptable depending on the number and severity of the cracks.
